Victoria is an experienced Bid Consultant and APMP Practitioner with over 12 years of helping businesses win work across construction, facilities management, housing, healthcare, and specialist services sectors.
As Director of Elite Bids, she supports SMEs and larger contractors with everything from bid strategy to final submission, taking pride in producing clear, compelling responses that achieve strong scores and successful outcomes. She’s particularly passionate about helping first-time bidders navigate the process with confidence and secure their first wins.
Victoria is known for her practical, down-to-earth approach and her ability to turn complex technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand content that resonates with evaluators. She combines commercial insight with a genuine commitment to helping her clients succeed.
An APMP Practitioner and former APMP 40 Under 40 winner, she brings industry best practice and a focus on continuous improvement to every project she works on.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys being part of her local music community, playing the flute with Burton Concert Band and singing with The Cantare Choir.
