She monitors dedicated bid inboxes daily, identifying new opportunities, tracking procurement notices, managing correspondence and ensuring all tender-related communications are actioned promptly.
Jo has extensive experience managing a wide range of electronic tendering portals across both the public and private sectors. She is responsible for maintaining portal registrations, updating company information, monitoring live opportunities, downloading tender documentation, managing clarification questions, tracking amendments and ensuring final submissions are uploaded accurately and before procurement deadlines. Her systematic approach provides clients with confidence that all portal activity is managed efficiently and compliantly.
Working closely with bid managers and client stakeholders, Jo coordinates the entire bid administration process from initial opportunity identification through to submission.
Attention to detail is central to Jo's approach. She carries out thorough compliance reviews to ensure submissions meet all procurement requirements, verifies mandatory documentation, checks formatting and presentation and confirms supporting evidence has been included prior to submission. Her rigorous quality control helps minimise the risk of non-compliance and strengthens the overall professionalism of every bid.
